Our Commitment to Satisfaction
At "THE JULII," We want you to love your new sunglasses as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you buy your sunglasses to decide if they are perfect for you. If you decide they are not, we welcome you to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@thejulii.nl. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Exchange Policy
- Time Frame: Just like returns, exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible Items: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns; items must be in their original, unused condition and tags included.
- Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, please follow the same process as for returns. Let us know the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the additional amount.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Exchanges: Once your exchange is accepted, we will send you the new item at no additional shipping cost to you. Shipping costs for sending the original item back to us will still apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as custom-made items or products sold on clearance. We will clearly state if an item falls under this category on its product page.
